The location right by Hoan Kiem Lake is unbeatable. the room felt a bit outdated and lacked natural light.

The hotel is very centrally located, right by Hoan Kiem Lake.

I was utterly frustrated with my stay at Hanoi Morning Hotel. The bed was uncomfortably hard, making it impossible to get a restful night’s sleep. Despite asking multiple times, my requests for an additional pillow and free water were repeatedly overlooked, creating an overall bleak experience. To top it off, I found the breakfast options absolutely uninspired and left the hotel hungry each morning.

Great stay! The superior double room was super clean with air conditioning and a balcony offering views of Ho Guom. Staff were nice and helpful, especially Juli who planned our trips. Breakfast with pho on the rooftop had a fab view. Loved the minibar and the flat-screen TV. Everything felt safe and comfortable.

The hotel is ideally located just 50 meters from the lake, making it perfect for leisurely strolls. The breakfast area offers stunning views over the lake, enhancing the dining experience. Julie, the staff member, provided exceptional assistance when my husband fell ill, showing genuine care that made our stay more comforting.

The room's tiny window, positioned too high to see out of, resulted in a lack of natural light.

the shower water pressure was great but the room lacked modern features like usb ports. breakfast on the rooftop had amazing views and the staff was always super friendly. loved the pho served in the morning.
